The iPhone 4S is very similar to the iPhone 4 but with a couple of key differences. Both are wonderful examples of Apple simplicity and design but the iPhone 4S comes with a more powerful chip driving it which means it can run apps more smoothly than the iPhone 4. The iPhone 4S also comes with a slightly better camera which may be useful for people who like to take photos with their iPhone.
