How our products get to you.
1. WE SELECT ONLY THE BEST
We have unique access to overseas suppliers and handpick our devices. Only one phone or tablet in many hundreds makes it into our inventory. Each product is fully tested before we select it and we will be checking it all over again before it is made available for sale.
2. CLEAN LIKE NEW
We clean and polish each product, making sure it is almost indistinguishable from a brand new one. Each product is now given a cosmetic grading of either Like New or Good.

3. TEST, TEST, AND TEST AGAIN
Now we check the device. Very. Thoroughly. Indeed. Every product must pass a 28 point check. We also ensure it is running the latest Operating System and the battery is behaving normally.
4. IN THE BOX AND GUARANTEED
With brand new charger, cable and headphones added, the device is lovingly packaged in our own New Zealand designed and manufactured packaging. Also in the box is a copy of the GoodTech™ Guarantee and a complimentary paperclip! Now it is all ready for its new owner.
5. GOOD TO GO!
Finally, when it is chosen by a wonderful new customer, the device is sent to its new owner, safely and securely, via a trackable CourierPost.
