We believe that you shouldn't have to spend a lot of money to have great technology and fantastic customer service. And if that means we can make the lifecycle of a device go for that bit longer then that's great too.

We have unique access to premium overseas tech suppliers. We select the best devices from these companies, fully test and check them before making them available for sale in New Zealand.

Each pre-owned device comes freshly boxed up in recyclable packaging with everything you need to get started including a full 30-day, no questions asked, replacement or refund guarantee.

We offer a standard 12 month warranty on all our products purchased in-store or via goodtech.co.nz

We use NZ CourierPost 'Track & Trace' to make sure your purchase reaches you safely and promptly. Please note: we only deliver within New Zealand.
