Every device has been thoroughly tested for cosmetics (how it looks) and internal and external functionality using our 28 point checklist. If there are any blemishes we sell these products separately at a marked down rate. So if you're purchasing from our main product line you'll always receive a device we think is virtually indistinguishable from new. And to back this up we offer a 30 day 'no questions asked' return period...

2. OUR DEVICES ARE BACKED WITH A 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD AND 12 MONTH WARRANTY*

If you're not 100% happy with your device we'll take it back in the first 30 days, no reason required. We only ask that the device be returned in the same condition it was sent, in its box with the accessories supplied. So if you have any intention to return it please keep hold of the box and use the case and screen protector where provided to ensure it stays in top condition. On top of this we provide a 12 month warranty* for all hardware issues. This excludes water and physical damage so please be careful with the phone. *Unless stated otherwise
